Credit Controller

£14,000 - 18,000 per annum  

My client, despite the recent economic climate, has continued to grow and is now looking for a number of experienced Credit Controllers. You will be responsible for a ledger, inbound/outbound calling and working accounts from 1-60 days arrears.

KEY TASKS include: management of cheque ledgers, collection of returned direct debit payments in line with company procedure, dealing with customers when payments are returned securing alternative payment, making the decision to stop accounts, re-releasing accounts, dealing with complaints, working closely with the sales and finance team.

KEY SKILLS include: previous credit control experience is essential, a confident telephone manner, team player, good eye for detail, excellent communication skills, sales ledger maintenance.

All applicants must have proven experience in a similar role and have a consistent CV. Working Monday to Friday 08.30am-5pm.
