Our client has an excellent opportunity for experienced Debt Recovery Agents to join their dynamic team.

This is a key role to assist the continuing success of the company. You will provide a debt recovery service for a variety of large blue chip clients.

Receiving incoming and making outbound calls to debtors in arrears, you will discuss and negotiate payment options.

The successful applicant will deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times, achieve set revenue targets and call quality objectives, advice and influence debtors on the payment options.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but applicants must have experience in negotiation, objection handling and working to strict targets.

You must be able to work between Monday and Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 4.30pm. Working 37.5 hours per week. Salary is £14k-£15.5k plus incapped commission.
