Customer Service Advisor (German Speaking)

Crewe

6 months initially (potential permanency)

£15,500 – 16,500 per annum pro rata

 

My Client is currently recruiting a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to work within the German Customer Service Call Centre of their business services company in Crewe.


You will liaise with domestic and commercial clients via email, in person, by telephone and by letter in order to provide the best possible solution to their enquiries, resolving complaints and answering questions regarding company services and procedures. You must, therefore, maintain good overall knowledge of current offers and you will be expected to advise on best available offers, up-selling and cross-selling where applicable.


You will compile and process customer orders, liaising with other departments to ensure stock availability and advising customers of any potential delays or short-orders where necessary.


You will have previous telephone customer service experience, be fluent in German (particularly written), be extremely organised and possess the ability to prioritise workload and deliver a consistently high level of customer experience.


Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. This position is initially for a six-month period to cover maternity leave, but carries the possibility of permanency, depending on future business needs.
